How to Use the Chart
Open the chart full-screen on your phone in landscape mode (turn off auto-rotate). Remove any glasses you are wearing, then identify the smallest print you can read clearly. Reading powers are available from +1.00 to +4.00 in +0.50 increments.
READY READERS MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE
To ensure you choose the correct strength, please send us your Optician-issued prescription via our Prescription Submission page. We will then advise you on the most suitable option for your needs.
